Refund Policy

All wallet recharges on BucketCheap are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it is credited to your wallet and cannot be reversed.

By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

• You may stop using the service at any time. No cancellation fee applies.
• Unused wallet balance is not refundable upon account closure.
• If no wallet balance remains, your account will be suspended automatically. Data is deleted 7 days after suspension.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered solely at BucketCheap's discretion in case of duplicate payments caused by technical errors on our side. Contact us with transaction details.
